Gonadorelin is a synthetic decapeptide identical to endogenous gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH). It has attracted growing interest in research focused on reproductive health, hormonal regulation, and fertility research.
Studies have shown that Gonadorelin stimulates the anterior pituitary to synthesize and release luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), which in turn regulate gonadal function, steroidogenesis, and gametogenesis. It is commonly used in diagnostic testing of hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis function. It may also play a role in hypogonadism management, ovulation induction, and puberty onset research.
