CJC-1295 (no DAC) is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) that lacks the drug affinity complex (DAC), resulting in a shorter half-life than the DAC version. It has attracted growing interest in research focused on growth hormone release, muscle recovery, and anti-aging.
Studies have shown that CJC-1295 (no DAC) stimulates endogenous growth hormone secretion from the pituitary gland by binding to GHRH receptors, leading to increased insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) levels. Unlike the DAC version, it produces a more natural pulsatile GH release pattern. It may also play a role in muscle growth promotion, fat metabolism enhancement, sleep quality improvement, and recovery from injury or catabolic conditions.
